Straight answers

What's an "AI camera"?

A camera whose video is kept 30 days in the cloud, with the people and cars the box spots marked and clipped in full resolution. Coming: type “red hoodie, Tuesday night” and get the clips.

Do I have to replace my cameras?

Keep them. If they're network cameras, the box records them as they hang. We check on the call, before anyone drives out.

What if my register isn't a Verifone?

Gilbarco Passport and NRS are next. Cameras work from day one, and your register joins as soon as it's supported.

What happens if I cancel?

No penalty. A Hybrid NVR keeps recording to its own drives. Your cloud copies are deleted after 30 days.

"What others charge" uses public list prices, checked October 2026: cloud video per camera from Rhombus Professional ($149 per camera a year) and POS-linked video from Solink (from about $175 per store a month, hardware included). Their plans aren't the same as ours. Look them up yourself; we'd rather you compare.
